We roll, cut & assemble.

Within our production facility, we can roll, cut and assemble profile along with pre-building projects before they leave us. Working to the technical drawings, we will make sure everything goes together for a job and all components will be labelled for installation.

If you or your client needs to see what they are going to get before attending site, we can set up a full prebuild including graphics meaning you can be 100% happy with the finished product before attending site. If any changes need to be made at this point, we can accommodate this before arriving onsite.

We get technical.

The mechanics of how a frame or stand goes together is very important. We ensure we have drawings down to the nuts and bolts for ease of assembly and reinstallation of a project. It may be that you need to understand how we are fixing to your structure or where the braces of a frame will fall. We will have technical drawings done and signed off by you before your project goes into production. This leaves little room for error in tight deadlines onsite.

We also work closely with our structural engineer, who understands our system. He advises us on how we can make changes or a safer plan for installation. He will then issue a certificate on wind loadings to certify what we are proposing is fit for purpose.

If required, we can provide step by step installation guides if you are wanting to install any elements yourselves.

We sort all the fine details.

We have a dedicated team of Project Managers who will follow each project through with you. They will advise on the design stage of our capabilities and how we can enhance and achieve your desired designs.

We understand that some projects are very price driven therefore, they will offer alternative solutions to ensure we are working within budgets whilst still delivering a high-quality finished project.
